In 2007, Michelle purchased her first home in Holladay, Utah and her first investment property in 2013, in Park City, Utah. Michelle has grown her investment portfolio over the years and most recently purchased a nightly vacation rental in Hurricane, UT. This has given her firsthand knowledge of what it’s like to be a homeowner and real estate investor as well as the tools to educate her clients in both arenas.
Michelle is dedicated to financial awareness and strength. She is passionate about acquiring knowledge in all things real estate and has earned many national designations to benefit her past, current, and future clients. Michelle, originally from Connecticut, moved to Utah in 2003 for the outdoor lifestyle and to experience the West.
Once she started buying real estate, she recognized the value of investments and has since served many clients through purchases and sales, earning both repeat and referral business.
After graduating from St. Joseph’s College in Maine, Michelle applied her education and desire to help others by joining Americorps, completing a ten-month volunteer journey throughout the South. She’s lived many places, from Alaska to the British Virgin Islands, loving life, then eventually finding her home in Utah.
During the next 11 years, Michelle had the opportunity to find homes for both her sister and parents as they joined her in Utah.
Building her real estate business in Utah has given Michelle the freedom to ride her bike, go snowboarding, enjoy concerts at Red Butte Gardens and live a life she truly loves.
